Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has sanctioned summer spending cash worth £300m for revolutionizing the club under Lampard.
Frank Lampard is set to stamp his authority and build a team of his desires by letting go of old big names over the summer. Having already signed Hakim Ziyech and being linked to both Tomi Werner and Kai Havertz the club manager is eager to offload more stars. Ben Chilwell is also a transfer target together with Westham golden boy Danny Rice.
Since the first signing of Ziyech in February it understood the club have agreed a £53 million deal with RB Leipzig for the German goal machine Timo Werner. The coach is also pursuing Bayern Leverkusen wonder kid Havertz rated at £75million.
At left back the manager expects to have Leicester city defender ben Chilwell and with the funds available after a spending free summer last season where the club was facing ban funds are available for spending.
A number of players are expected to face Stamford bridge exit with Pedro and William not given contract extensions. Having made only 20 appearances this season Ross Barkley is the exit radar after on and off pitch rows that angered Lampard last November. Former team Everton, Westham and Newcastle are a possible destination with his fee over £ 30million.
