Five of Barcelona’s First-Team Stars Tested Positive For Coronavirus

Reports in Spain have accused Fc Barcelona for not making public that 5 of their players and 2 staffs tested positive upon return to camp nou. According to catalian radio station RAC1 the five players are believed to have recovered and now back in training. However the five are yet to be named.

Barcelona had released a statement claiming each of the players and staffs showed no symptoms and underwent blood test. The club is yet to comment on this new information from RAC1’s report.

Barca believe it was the responsibility of LA Liga to decide whether to make test results known. The club return in action against real Mallorca on June 13^th after government’s greenlight. Last week Messi opened up on his struggles during lockdown and suggested life and football will not be the same again.
