According to World Trade Organization (WTO) the highest body to hear a complain have found the Saudi state linked to Beoutq broadcaster. This is after nine local legal firms in Saudi refused to take the case against Beoutq broadcaster. It claimed the broadcast is owned by the Saudi state.
But they have denied… with FIFA UEFA and premier league involved the passing of ownership is becoming tougher and with now a new protestor for the take over coming from Bein sports also a middle east broadcaster.
The deal has been signed by both the Saudi state and Mike Ashley but awaits Premier League approval. With the report being prepared to be tabled mid-June the deal hangs on the balance.
The 130-page report will be subject for approval and if its proofs the ownership to the Saudi public investment fund then premier league will have bases to reject the takeover. Most clubs are opposed to the move with also middle east known for bad public image that premier league ought to preserve
